I hesitate to post about offer, at the potential of coming across as a shill for Stack, a fairly new Canadian fintech company.
However, I find the deal noteworthy enough, and with only a couple of days left in the offer, I’ll opt to share it anyways.
I initially learned of this deal online last week, and having performed some obligatory Google research, I personally found it “legit” and enticing enough that I decided to go ahead and sign up for their no-fee prepaid Mastercard.
As part of their launch, if you download their app and sign up by September 20, you may choose to have Stack cover a 1-year subscription to either Netflix (Standard plan), Spotify, or Tidal.
When you receive the Mastercard in the mail, activate it and update your billing info on the respective service, and with each monthly billing, Stack will credit you back the same amount for 12 months.
With the popularity of this deal, and a potential postal strike looming, I expect a possible delay before getting my card and actually being able to take advantage of the offer. With that said, after choosing Netflix as my free service, the app is currently showing that I have a little over 100 days to add Stack to Netflix – plenty of time to await the arrival of the card.
While going through the app – there are actually some decent cashback offers, including Foodora, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Starbucks and more.
They also have a program where you can earn a bonus in your account for introducing new members. Perform your own due-dilligence on Stack, and if you decide you want to take advantage of this offer, consider using my link, otherwise you can find Stack on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Update: The Netflix offer has ended. As of September 24, using the link above to sign up will snag you $20 credited to your account.
